When the non-profit organization 'Helden van het Verzet' was founded, the brief was clear: stay as far away as possible from the dusty, dark designs typically associated with World War II. Given the sensitivity of the subject, we looked for a classy visual base with a deeply personal approach.
We chose a unique typeface by Morgane Vantorre as the foundation for all publications, providing members with a familiar brand they can trust. Because historical photos are often missing or of poor quality, we work closely with illustrators to bring resistance figures to life on every cover.
This approach breathes new life into the stories and gives the organization a modern, honest face.
